At Adeptimize, we understand the value of your privacy and the importance of safeguarding your personal information. As data controllers, we are committed to respecting and protecting your personal data, which includes any information that can be used to identify you as an individual. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle and protect your personal data in connection with our business activities, including client services, conferences and events, and our websites, applications, and communications that link to this Privacy Policy. We may also automatically collect information about the devices you use to access our Sites, including IP address, device identifier, web browser, and browsing information collected through Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. Additionally, we may collect information about your usage of our Sites, such as what you have viewed or searched for. This information may be associated with a unique identifier as well as any other personal data you have provided.

In the course of our business activities, including client services, we may also collect personal data about you from third parties, such as data brokers or aggregators. This may include demographic and professional information that is publicly available online, including information you choose to share on social media platforms and other public online forums. We may combine this data with existing information we have about you or use it independently for benchmarking and data analytics activities, such as analyzing recruitment practices or detecting fraud patterns. We will always ensure that third parties have provided transparent information about their use of your data, including disclosure to companies like Adeptimize, in compliance with applicable law.

Adeptimize uses your personal data to meet your requests for information, process your participation in conferences and events, personalize the content you view on the Sites, evaluate and enhance our services, distribute newsletters and alerts, recruit and assess job applicants, analyze the performance and functioning of the Sites, publish your letters or comments, prevent fraud, comply with applicable laws and corporate reporting obligations, enforce agreements with Adeptimize, and fulfill other purposes you may initiate or request.

In certain situations, personal data collection may be necessary for the operation of the Sites, or we may use it in the course of our business activities, such as in connection with some client services, to provide specific services or products, like benchmarking products.
