Information We Collect
When you register for or apply for jobs through the Adeptimize Recruitment Portal, create a user profile, sign up for newsletters and alerts, participate in alumni activities through our Alumni Center Website, or join public user posting areas such as discussion forums and surveys, we may collect personal data, such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, fax number, and job application information.
We may also automatically collect information about the devices you use to access our Sites, including IP address, device identifier, web browser, and browsing information collected through Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. Additionally, we may collect information about your usage of our Sites, such as what you have viewed or searched for. This information may be associated with a unique identifier as well as any other personal data you have provided.
In the course of our business activities, including client services, we may also collect personal data about you from third parties, such as data brokers or aggregators. This may include demographic and professional information that is publicly available online, including information you choose to share on social media platforms and other public online forums. We may combine this data with existing information we have about you or use it independently for benchmarking and data analytics activities, such as analyzing recruitment practices or detecting fraud patterns. We will always ensure that third parties have provided transparent information about their use of your data, including disclosure to companies like Adeptimize, in compliance with applicable law.

Our Sites do not track your online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services by collecting personal data. Thus, we do not modify our data collection and use practices in response to “do not track” signals transmitted from web browsers.
Use Of Information Collected Via Mobile Devices

We also receive reports on specific errors that occur within the mobile applications.
Moreover, our Adeptimize Insights app provides a personalized list of recommendations (“Insights for you”) that directs you to content that we believe you will find interesting. These recommendations are based solely on what you have viewed in the Insights app. The app generates a unique user identifier to personalize your app experience and track the articles you read within the app. We do not share your viewing history or trends through the Insights app with other users or external third parties (i.e., individuals or entities that are not affiliates or third-party service providers of Adeptimize).
